Welcome to Thryve! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Thryve app, website, and related services (“Service” or “App”) provided by us (“Thryve”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Thryve.

1. Who Can Use Thryve

To use Thryve, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by law)
• Create an account with accurate and current information
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

2. Your Content & Data

a. Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you enter in Thryve, including journal entries, mood data, voice recordings, and prompts (“Your Content”).

b. Usage Rights

By using our app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content to provide core functionality, including AI-based reflections and analytics. We do not claim ownership of Your Content, and we do not use it for advertising or training AI models.

3. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Thryve offers both free and premium subscription plans.

• Free Plan: Limited access to features
• Premium Plan: Full access, billed monthly or annually
• Student Plan: Discounted premium access for eligible users

All payments are processed securely through a third-party provider (e.g., Lemon Squeezy). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partially used billing cycles. You may cancel anytime from your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Thryve to upload or share unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to access or disrupt our servers or systems
• Copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of Thryve
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. AI Disclaimer

Our AI reflections are designed to support self-reflection, not to provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.

Thryve is not a replacement for professional mental health care. If you are in distress, we encourage you to seek help from a licensed professional or crisis support line.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time within the app or by contacting us at hello.durudevs@gmail.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is inactive for a long period
• Required by law or for technical/security reasons

8. Intellectual Property

All app content, features, design, and branding (excluding Your Content) are owned by Thryve or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• Thryve is provided “as is” without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages
• Our total liability will not exceed what you’ve paid in the past 12 months

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app alerts. Continued use of Thryve after updates means you accept the new terms.
